PLEASE DO NOT APPEAR OR CALL THE SAME DAY YOU RECEIVE THE CITATION. ALLOW 2 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE VIOLATION DATE BEFORE CONTACTING THE COURT.

General Information

  • Please allow 1-2 business days after receiving a citation before contacting the court, to allow time for citation to be entered in our system.
  • You can pay for the ticket before your court date on your citation or come to court on said court date.
  • You can call or come into City Hall to find out if you are eligible for Deferred probation or Driver's Safety course during business hours on/before your court date.
  • If you do not appear to court or pay fine by the court date you will receive an no show reset court date letter and you will have 30 days after reset court date to take care of the citation by: Contacting the court for another court date or paying the fine. If the citation is not taken care of after the 30 days it will result in a warrant issued along with more charges.
  • If the violator is under 17 years of age they must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian for court.
  • If you are needing a payment plan you may call to get more information if you're eligible.
