PAYMENT PLANS

You may be able to arrange for monthly payments, but you must get permission from the court. You may set up pay plans with the clerks at the front window. Your total fines will determine how much your monthly payment will be:

$0-$500 - $50/month

$501-$1000 - $100/month

$1001 & up - $200/month

If you cannot afford these amounts you can set up a court date to talk to the judge about setting up an less amount payment.

Payment plans are set up in reference to your needs, if you cannot make a payment on time please contact the Court to talk with a clerk about ways to refrain from warrants being issued because of non-payment.
