UNABLE TO PAY?
Payment alternatives may be available to you. All payment alternatives must be approved by a judge. Proof of income and expenses is required.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
If you are unable to pay and would like to request Community Service, you can set this up in office or on your designated court date with the Judge.
By law, community service cannot be performed at a religious or political agency.
INDIGENCY
If you believe you are unable to afford to pay due to disability or income issues please fill out the indigence form and return to the clerks at the Municipal Court.
EVERY thing in the form has to be filled out and documents will need to be submitted, after reviewed by the Judge the Clerk will contact you to review if eligibility was granted.
The following forms will need to be submitted with the indigency form:
- Bank Statements
- Last Years tax returns
- Utility bills
- Cell Phone bill
- Mortgage Payment
- Car Payment
- Rent Payments
- Any other income or expenses for you or your spouse.
